Jim Dockstader, Senior Vice President, Commercial Construction Manager
Jim has been in Commercial Real Estate Lending (Construction and Permanent) since 1999. He graduated from Carroll College with a bachelor's degree in economics and a minor in mathematics. He later received a master's degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He started his banking career with Seafirst Bank/ Bank of America in August of 1995 as a Financial Development Officer. In September of 1997, he joined the Commercial Real Estate Group as vice president with Bank of America. In August of 2001, he joined Washington Mutual as vice president for the Commercial Real Estate Group where he originated construction and permanent loans in Washington, Arizona, and California.
